Structure

Assembly (highest authority within FoE-CEPA, decides over its division, fusion or abolition, ammendments of the by-laws, sets priorities and elects the Board members).

Board (decides mainly over character of main programs, budget and new members, endorses reports, and appoints executive director).

Executive Director (responsible for financial management, fundraising and the daily operations of the Association, namely legal matters concerning labor, civil, commercial and administrative relations, ensures coordination and assistance to teams, coherence among programs, political guidance and supervision, reporting to the Board, Assembly and funders, proposes new members).

Administration Team (responsible for office management, accounting, external communication, membership recruitment and development, design and IT issues, technical assistance and management of revenue-generating activities).

Program Teams (responsible mainly for coherence among projects covered by the program, fundraising for the program, program reporting to executive director).
